Lockport Inn and Suites

Stayed one night while on a cross country bicycle trip. This motel was outstanding in every respect. The room was lovely....... very tastefully furnished and decorated, spacious with it's own Jacuzzi and gas fireplace. It was immaculately clean and very quiet and the outside grounds were beautiful. It's family owned by a very nice couple who clearly took great care of the property. I had been on the road for 6 weeks on this bike trip and this was probably the nicest accommodations I had on this trip. 5 stars really is not sufficient.

Friendly and helpful staff. Bed was comfortable and mattress seemed fairly new. Good bed linens and plenty of bath towels and toiletries. Quirky colored bathrooms (so far I’ve had pink and blue bathroom suites) that add charm and are reminiscent of relatives homes. 2 sinks, one in bathroom and one in counter which held extra towels as well as coffee maker & supplies, microwave. Iron and ironing board in room behind suitcase rack. Large TV and writing desk. Comfortable wing back chairs. Very clean. Slight issue with noisy heating unit, mentioned it to Mark in front office and it was addressed while I was out and about. No more noise. I recommend Lockport Inn for a comfortable stay with local charm,but hope it doesn’t get too popular - I hope I can always get a room here!

Nice place, clean and quiet inside and out. Nice outdoor pool in the center of the inn. Rooms are nice and freshly cleaned, great old school charm, the whirlpool tub is great for a sore back. Beds are clean and comfortable, room are nicely appointed, Roku large screen TVs are a nice touch. When I got to my room the lights and air conditioning was already on and running. I would definitely recommend this place and I'll be back when I'm out this way again.

We first found this great place back in 2023 when having to find a place close to stay for a funeral. We have been back MANY times after that. I cannot say enough how friendly and accommodating the staff is, how clean the rooms are and the proximity to so many areas/things around the Western NY area. The price point is great too! Mark's Pizza across the street does some awesome pizza and wings. Every time we stay, I am so happy we found Lockport Inn & Suites two years ago - and look forward to going back!

I was in town for my Nieces wedding and waited until the last minute to book my room. My Niece suggested this place in an effort to find me something close to the venue and not too expensive (rates were high as there was a Bills game the same weekend). My bed was amazing and comfortable; I fell asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow. My TV was great, room was very clean and comfortable. The shower had an amazing water pressure, I didn't want to get out LOL! The older woman who checked me in was so beautiful! Cute red lipstick with a snazzy outfit and shoes to match. The front of the building is deceiving, but in a good way! I drove all the way around and it was beautiful back there! When I go to visit again, this place will definitely be my FIRST choice :)

An old school vibe came from this motel. A simpler time. The suite, which we had, was very large and roomy. Jacuzzi right past the bathroom. Open floor design. Fire place in the corner for the cold nights, window unit and ceiling fan for the hotter days. King size bed and tv, with apps, for your viewing pleasure. Open courtyard with seating and a swimming pool for the summer months. Smoking and non smoking available. Saw a few pets in some rooms. The owner checked us in. Very nice lady. We enjoyed some small talk. A few eateries in walking distance and a lot more just down the road by car. About 30mins from the NY side of niagara falls. Could use a little updating but still a nice place with very polite workers. Check them out.

Great value compared to "others" in the area. It's a bit dated. However, it's clean, good tap water, excellent water pressure, great location. My preferred place to stay in the area.

Great little hotel, we were in town for an event in Buffalo and placement was perfect to see Niagara Falls as well about half an hour away. Right down the street were some good places to eat (Aguacates was very good) and across the street was a cool little thrift store. Room was clean and everything was a little vintage feeling but had everything I needed; was pleasantly surprised to find a mini fridge and microwave for leftover takeout as well.
